How fast can you get us up and running?

Typically 5 to 10 working days from the point we receive your data. If you need to hit a specific pay date, tell us upfront and we'll work backwards from there. We've done emergency onboardings in 48 hours when needed.

What do you need from us to start?

Employee details (names, NI numbers, tax codes, addresses), year-to-date pay figures, your HMRC employer PAYE reference, and pension provider login or contact details. We send a checklist so nothing gets missed.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. Everything runs on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum term. If you want to leave, you give us notice and we hand everything back in good order. We've built our business on service quality, not contracts.

What if HMRC sends us a notice?

Forward it to us. Whether it's a tax code change, a compliance enquiry, or a penalty notice, we deal with HMRC on your behalf. If it's something we caused (which is extremely rare), we fix it at our cost.

Can you run different pay frequencies?

Yes. We run weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly payrolls — and many of our clients have employees spread across multiple frequencies. Each group is processed on its own cycle.

Do you handle pensions too?

Fully. We assess who needs to be enrolled, calculate the right contributions, submit the data to your pension provider, and manage all re-enrolment and compliance duties. We work with every major UK scheme.

How do staff access payslips?

Through a secure online portal accessible from any device. They log in, view current and past payslips, download P60s at year-end, and update their personal details. It's instant, paperless, and available 24/7.

How is our data protected?

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in UK-based systems. We're registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, follow GDPR protocols to the letter, and maintain strict internal access controls.
